Today was the final and eighth race of the Squib Championship sailed in Weymouth Bay. Today there was 20 to 25 knots of wind and a difficult choppy sea.

Despite having some difficulties with a set of spreaders collapsing under high rig tension Jono Browne and his crew Chris won the last race of the championship which left them the dominant team of the 65 boat competitive championship.
