Bayliss Boatworks new construction updates - Bayliss 75' and Bayliss 67' Overtime

The flybridge on Bayliss 75' saw some major enhancements this past month. The teak helm pod and teak rod locker cap have been installed and finish has been applied.

Additionally, Our electrical department has begun wire runs in the console. Progress also continues in the mezzanine with the installation of the lower storage lids and grill tackle center. The mezzanine has been glassed is now receiving primer.

Our interior cabinetry department has stayed busy installing hanging lockers, while lower galley cabinetry is in finish and awaiting installation. Bayliss 75' will enter the paint bay in the last week of November.

Bayliss 67' Overtime

October was a month of rapid change for Overtime (Bayliss 67'). The most noticeable progress can be seen on the exterior, as our carpentry crew has been busy installing and glassing the bow deck and cabin side coverboards. Additionally, the salon bulkhead was installed.

In her interior, mockups are making their way into the lower master and crew staterooms. Our mechanical crew made progress in the engine room, installing the engine mufflers and sonar last month. Up next, we are looking forward to installing her aft (cockpit) fuel tank!
