The 4th stage of the 2026 29er Eurocup in Carnon has officially come to an end after an intense and demanding week of racing. With 130 boats split across four fleets and a wide range of conditions — from shifty breeze to over 20 knots — the event once again showcased the depth and level of the international 29er class.
After 14 races, Alexandre Mostini and Julien Bunel confirm their dominance, securing the overall victory while also leading the Over 18 category. Hugo Madec and Guirec Gendrot finish second overall and top the Under 19 division, while Hong Kong's Ethan Kiu and Louis Polson complete the overall podium in third, also taking the win in the Under 17 category after an impressive climb through the rankings.
In the Under 19 Mixed division, Italy's Victoria Demurtas and Ludovico Beretta secure the top spot, finishing fourth overall, followed by Emilia Salvatore and Pietro Rizzi. The Under 19 Women's title goes to the French duo Petronille Lescanne and Raphaelle Kimbel, after a tight battle throughout the event.
Among the Under 17 fleets, strong performances were seen across all categories, with Aziliz Dayot and Nathaël Cabon taking the win in the mixed division and Rose Kelly and Emma Laval leading the women's fleet.
Beyond the racing, Carnon offered a vibrant atmosphere throughout the week. Highlights included the Funny Race, a spectacular exhibition in the avant port featuring close-quarters racing among top nations, and the Clean Walk Participative, bringing together sailors and visitors in a shared effort to protect the coastline and raise environmental awareness.
With 14 races completed and a full week of action both on and off the water, the Carnon stage of the 2026 29er Eurocup concludes, confirming a highly competitive fleet and outstanding performances across all categories.
