MarineMax is proud to announce that Dale Law, General Manager of MarineMax Lake Ozark, has been named the recipient of the 2025 Bill McGill General Manager of the Year Award, one of the highest honors within the MarineMax organization.

The award was presented during MarineMax's annual awards trip, where the company gathered to recognize outstanding performance and leadership from across its nationwide network. The celebration honored excellence among Sales team members earning Chairman's Circle recognition, Department Managers across Business, Service, Parts, and Marina operations, and General Managers who exemplified MarineMax's values throughout the year.

Dale's selection as General Manager of the Year reflects a year of exceptional leadership, consistent results, and an unwavering commitment to people, customers, and community. Known for his steady leadership style and team-first mindset, Dale has built a culture at MarineMax Lake Ozark that prioritizes collaboration, accountability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
