Presentation of exclusive floating villas and superyachts in combination with private islands (rental and purchase islands) around the globe.

The MEYER Group and VLADI PRIVATE ISLANDS have opened their joint showroom on Battery Street in San Francisco's financial district. They jointly present floating villas from MEYER Floating Solutions and superyachts from MEYER YACHTS as well as private islands from Vladi Private Islands in prime locations around the globe. The MEYER Group is thus taking an important step in the targeted marketing of the new business areas of superyachts and floating solutions.

Floating villas offer the unique opportunity to live on the water and feel at home on a private island without interfering with the tranquillity of nature. The floating buildings are used in an environmentally friendly way with virtually no impact on the environment and are self-sufficient with renewable energy sources. This ideal combination promises unlimited opportunities to explore the impressive beauty of the sea and the lush vegetation of a private island. In this unique combination, private islands and floating villas make it possible to create your own idyllic and climate-friendly living space.

"Our showroom in a prime location in San Francisco now offers visitors exclusive insights into the world of our mega yachts and floating villas. We look forward to welcoming interested parties here,' says Thomas Weigend, Executive Vice President Sales of the MEYER Group.

In addition to the private island portfolio from Vladi Private Islands, the showroom will also be presenting the ONE50 and TWO10 superyacht concepts from MEYER YACHTS, both of which feature clean propulsion with fuel cells and batteries. This means that these yachts are also paving the way for these technologies to be used in other types of vessel in the future. The THREE05 concept, a combination of superyacht and floating home, which was recently unveiled at the Monaco Yacht Show, will also be on permanent display in San Francisco. There will also be two further spacious floating villas from MEYER Floating Solutions.
