Design Unlimited announced as interior partner for Windy Boats

Design Unlimited have been in attendance at Boot Dusseldorf this week, where they were announced as the strategic interior partner for Windy Boats.

The announcement of Design Unlimited as strategic interior partners for Windy comes hot on the heels of several new models featuring interiors by Design Unlimited to have been unveiled by the Norwegian brand.

Windy 29 Huracán

The Windy 29 Huracán was unveiled on day one of the 2024 Boot Düsseldorf boat show.

A huge crowd of yachting press and industry contacts gathered at the stand to witness the event, with Windy owner Jon-Trygve Hegnar, Windy CEO Trevor Fenlon, exterior designer Espen diameterino and Design Unlimited's Mark Tucker each speaking about different aspects of the boat's design.

The generously proportioned cockpit of the 29 Huracán makes the boat a superb all-rounder, with plenty of seating allowing you to entertain up to eight guests on a day out whilst having all the necessary amenities for two to enjoy on an extended stay.

Windy Camira 40 RS

The all-new Camira 40 RS made its international debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival last September.

The revised look and styling of this popular Windy model makes a clear statement for individual sportiness and luxury. The helmsman position has been redesigned and modernised for the 21st century, but still retains the Windy DNA with its ergonomic, sporty style.

The new interior layout is offered in two luxurious versions - a forward converting/occasional berth with a single aft cabin or the forward berth and a twin aft cabin. Storage has been maximised, and interior finishes include Alpi veneers, recessed feature lighting and Amtico flooring.

Design Unlimited have sought to align the look of the Windy interiors across the brand's RS sport cruiser range.

Windy SR38

The SR38 will be the third model in Windy's new SR Sports Boat Line and continues Design Unlimited's collaboration as interior partner for the brand.

The boat's inviting and adaptable interior has been designed by Design Unlimited. It features a cabin space with sofa or fixed berth option, accent lighting, there's a variety of interior finishes to choose from, a dynamic geometry that breaks away from the expected, and high quality, carefully considered detailing throughout.
