Viking 90 Salon - Inside edition © Viking Yachts

One of the goals with the new Viking 90 was to provide the same premium style, luxury and living conveniences of its legendary predecessor, the 92. Mission accomplished - and then some!

The open-concept interior design, with its horizontal grain walnut throughout, enhances the depth of space while contributing to a modern style. Large shapely windows usher in an abundance of natural light.

Hull No. 1 features an Enclosed Bridge (EB) with an open Sky Bridge (SB). A staircase immediately to starboard leads to the EB. Forward of the stairs, there's a wet bar with a sink, an ice maker and a cabinet for bottle storage. The custom wet bar and galley bar's illuminated Lumix top accentuates the contemporary allure. The entertainment center with a 65-inch pop-up HDTV faces a large U-shaped lounge (below) that wraps around the port side of the salon and is accompanied by a cocktail table. The sofa - which has ample storage beneath - is perfect for family and friends to gather and enjoy a few drinks. It's also large enough for several anglers or guests to stretch out and sleep during long runs.

Forward of the lounge is a large, raised dinette with U-shaped seating and a walnut table. The elevated platform allows for excellent views outside while also providing space for two pull-out drawers - one for rods and the other for general storage.

The galley on the starboard side has ample countertop space and cabinet storage. Five stools wrap around the raised countertop, with the inboard corner remaining open for walk-up access to the bar and wine cooler below.

The cooking area includes an electric range with four-burner cook top with an oven underneath, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal and a trash compactor. Plus, there's more storage and a microwave/convection oven in the upper galley cabinetry area.

Another important objective with our new flagship: Provide the same six staterooms and seven heads as the 92. That box has also been checked, and in our next Viking View featuring the 90 we'll show you the overnight accommodations for guests and crew, as well as access to her industry-leading engineroom.

In addition to the Sky Bridge model, the Viking 90 is offered in Open Bridge and Enclosed Bridge versions - with or without a custom Palm Beach Towers tuna tower.

For more information about the Viking 90, we cordially invite you to contact your authorized Viking dealer.
