Boston Whaler unveiled a host of exciting developments as this year's Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show got under way. With a focus on technology, design, connectivity, and owner experience, Whaler's on-water display at the Bahia Mar Yachting Center provides visitors with a newly refined and multifaceted show experience.

"The Fort Lauderdale Boat Show presents a unique opportunity to reach the global Whaler community," said Melanie Whaler, Boston Whaler's Director of Marketing. "We're excited showcase our products and share the many new technologies and ownership experiences that demonstrate our ethos of 'Excellence Evolved.'"

Headlining the newly redesigned Boston Whaler exhibit are 15 models spanning the Unsinkable lineup, including the nimble 130 Super Sport; the award-winning 230 Outrage, 320 Vantage and 350 Realm; and the ruggedly sophisticated 405 Conquest. In between stepping aboard and checking out the boats, guests who currently own a Boston Whaler can relax in a newly established Owners Club Lounge, where they'll be given priority access to join the soon-to-launch Boston Whaler Owners Club.

Among the display's other highlights are a new Technology Spotlight Center, featuring demonstrations and informational pop-ups about notable offerings. These include Raymarine's DockSense Control motion-sensing assisted docking systems; the high-capacity lithium battery-powered Fathom™ technology; the immersive new MyWhaler app; and more. Representatives will be on hand throughout the show to share additional details and answer questions about these technologies.

Visitors can also learn more about the newly debuted 420 Outrage Anniversary Edition, which concludes its nine-stop "Homecoming Tour" of the East Coast this month in Fort Lauderdale. Timed for release with the 50th anniversary of the original Outrage model, the Anniversary Edition includes an array of premium features including upgraded upholstery and finishes, a stylish black hardtop frame package, a remarkable 700 gallons of fuel capacity, and triple 600-horsepower V12 Mercury Verado engines. For lucky special guests, the show kicked off with the "Homecoming Tour" closing event Wednesday evening, featuring music, refreshments, a champagne toast, and an appearance by renowned marine artist and conservationist, Guy Harvey.

Throughout the show's run, Boston Whaler will also host a Virtual Boat Show for consumers who can't make it to Fort Lauderdale. The online exhibit offers product walkthrough videos and 360 degrees virtual tours of nearly every Whaler model, all of which can be enjoyed from the comfort of home.

"We look forward to welcoming visitors to both our physical and virtual Fort Lauderdale Boat Show displays," said Boston Whaler President Kris Neff. "As this iconic brand enters its next phase of growth and progress, we value the opportunity to share our latest developments with our global family of Whaler enthusiasts."

The Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show runs from October 27 to 31, 2021. Boston Whaler's exhibit is located at Dock C - Booth #300-214.
