"Scott has proven himself over decades in the offshore energy and maritime communications markets and we have had the pleasure to have known him for a long time," said Jay Keenan, president and CEO, GOST. "He has a vast breadth of knowledge and experience to draw from and we are confident he will efficiently and professionally help our vessel owners, crew members and professional installing marine electronics dealers to get the most out of their GOST system.
