Sailmon Corona Update

"The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails." - William Arthur Ward

The world is currently preoccupied with the Coronavirus pandemic. The necessary measures have also been taken by the Dutch government to stop the virus from spreading in the Netherlands, where our office is located. But what do these measures mean for Sailmon and its customers?

Adjusting the sails

Obviously we will remain fully operational from our office and home. This allows us to provide the service you are used to. Our technical support team is active via the ticketing system, chat or phone. Our sales team is also available to handle existing and new collaborations at full force through the well-known channels. In addition, we have sufficient stock to meet your demands.

All scheduled appointments and trade shows cancelled

Due to (inter)national flight bans, it is no longer possible for Sailmon employees to travel to customers abroad. Boat shows and races planned for upcoming weeks have also mostly been cancelled.

Will this affect the launch of Max?

Basically we are on schedule with Max, but the world is changing in a way we can't control. As long as our developers and their families are not affected by the virus and our suppliers continue to operate as planned, Max will arrive on April 1st :-).

Any questions? Feel free to contact us via . We wish everyone good health. Stay safe and let's keep in touch!
