Leading safety at sea specialist ACR Electronics is introducing its range of next-generation life-saving equipment on a joint stand with brands Ocean Signal and United Moulders Ltd (UML) at METSTRADE (Stand 03.131).

ACR's new product range includes the one-of-a-kind ResQLink View Personal Locator Beacon (PLB), the first and only buoyant PLB designed using real-life survivor feedback. Featuring ACR's unique Optical Display Technology, the ResQLink View's new digital display shows all the beacon's operational activities, including GPS coordinates, operating instructions, usage tips, transmission bursts, as well as battery power.

Compact, lightweight and easy to carry, the ResQLink View beacon features a protected activation button located away from the test button, customized skins, multiple wearable mounting options including a belt clip and oral inflation clip for easy access in an emergency, and an easier-to-release antenna enclosure. The PLB also includes a new infra-red strobe light in addition to the ultra-bright strobe light to assist rescue crews using night vision goggles. A multi-constellation receiver utilizes both the Galileo Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) as well as the GPS Satellite network for faster location and improved accuracy.

ACR Electronics introduces the ACR OLAS product range for the first time at METSTRADE, an affordable man overboard alarm system for cruisers and boaters. The ACR OLAS Tag, for attachment on the wrist or lifejacket, and ACR OLAS Float-On, a water-activated USB rechargeable torch, pair with the user's device and connect to the free iOS and Android ACR OLAS app. Introducing the latest 5.0 Bluetooth technology to the market for the first time, the ACR platform also features the ACR OLAS Core Base Station and ACR OLAS Guardian, a wireless engine kill switch, for boaters who require extended functionality.

The METSTRADE stand will also feature the new ACR Electronics RCL-85 and RCL-95 ultra-bright remote-controlled LED searchlights, offering a range of boaters an affordable and reliable solution to enhance visibility in all conditions.

Ocean Signal will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of essential sea-safety equipment including the high-performance SOTDMA ATB1 Class B AIS transponder, the ATA100 Class A AIS Transponder, the rescueME range, including the PLB1, MOB1, EPIRB1 and EDF1 electronic distress flare, and the SafeSea range of GMDSS products.

Sister company UML will introduce its latest automatic and manual lifejacket inflation systems and SOLAS approved lifejacket light.
