Wales look to find the next Hannah Mills at British Youth Sailing Welsh Regional Championships

Junior and youth sailors from all round Wales will meet in Mumbles for the British Youth Sailing Welsh Regional Championships.
A year out from the Tokyo Olympics where Cardiff's Hannah Mills will be looking to defend her gold medal, this is the event which will find and showcase the Welsh sailing superstars of the future.
They will be joining the best young sailors all round the UK who will be competing at their regional levels on the weekend of September 21st and 22nd, as well as the 28th and 29th, because of tides.
Racing will take place in both the dinghy and windsurfer classes, with more than 100 sailors expected to take part on the waters of Swansea Bay.
"This is one of the biggest events of the year, where all our best young sailors get the chance to compete against each other to find the best in Wales," said RYA Cymru Wales high performance manager Paul Simes.
"It's an event where Hannah is a former winner as she came through the Welsh sailing ranks to reach the very top of the world.
"It is where we would hope to see the next Hannah Mills, or fellow Olympian Chris Grube, who learned to sail in Bala.
"We expect to see a high standard of sailing over that weekend and Mumbles will be a great venue for the event, both on and off the water.
"We would like to thank all the staff and volunteers who make this big event such a success."
Last year the top prizes were shared by sailors from all round Wales. Tamsyn Green from Llyn Brenig in North Wales won the Optimist class, beating all the boys as well as finishing top girl. Shotwick Lake duo Callum Davidson-Guild and Oscar Cawthorne won the 420.
Cardiff Bay's Jamie Cook and Will Martin came out on top in the General Handicap, while there was also a strong showing from West Wales sailors. Tenby's Oscar Thompson and Iolo Shaw won the RS Feva, with Fishguard Bay's Finn Robarts picking up the Laser Radial title.
Sailing will take place in the main fleets, along with regatta fleets and windsurfers.
