This week GlobeSailor has introduced the first concierge service available onboard. This service is offered to each of its customers from the moment they book their cruise.

In collaboration with Generali Concierge Services, GlobeSailor now offers its clients a concierge service for their cruise. A personal concierge will be available 24/7 via email or telephone to help manage any requests you may have. This includes planning your vacation, through the entire duration of your cruise (regardless of destination), and up until a week after your return.

Before your charter:

Your concierge will assist you with any administrative procedures involved with traveling abroad, managing daily tasks while you are away (mail, food delivery, etc.), organizing transportation, pet care and much more.

Onboard:

Imagine having just arrived in the harbor after a long day of sailing, you can now call your concierge to arrange a delicious meal or have a bottle of champagne ready to celebrate a birthday. You can also use this service to pre-reserve a berth or order a spare part for your boat.

On your return:

Upon your return, you will have an additional 7 days to take advantage of the service. Take this opportunity to develop your photos, have groceries delivered to your home, or find a lost suitcase.

With this new service, boaters can now get help with all the processes involved in organizing their trip, both on land and at sea. This includes finding quality service providers which can be difficult especially if doing so from abroad.

This service is only available when booking with GlobeSailor. One week before departure - during the cruise - one week after the return. 75 € including VAT (excluding discounts or special offers).
