Busfield Marine appoints new sales manager, launches new website

Busfield Marine Brokers, one of Auckland’s leading brokerages, specialising in new and used yachts and launches and the New Zealand agents for the popular Bavaria range of cruising yachts, has appointed experienced yacht broker and marine industry identity, Christine Bird to be their new sales manager.

Busfield Marine managing director Bill Rutherford says that, with some 20 years’ experience in the marine industry, Christine Bird is the ideal person to take the well known brokerage to the next level.

'Christine is not only an internationally experienced and respected yacht broker, she has also sold a large number of both new and used Bavaria yachts around the world.

'She has an enormous wealth of experience with a huge variety of yachts and launches and will be able to use that experience to advise prospective owners on the best vessel for them.'

Since becoming sales manager of the popular brokerage earlier this year, Christine Bird has been working on the relaunch of the Busfield Marine’s website.
