The New Year brings good tidings at Hope Island Marina, with all new tenants who lease a berth before the end of January eligible to receive one month rent free.

The offer is available to those who sign a six month contract prior to January 31, 2012, with all rent and costs covered for the first month.

Hope Island Marina manager Greg Buck said the deal would strike a chord with boaties keen to test the waters at Hope Island and discover the marina’s great location and facilities.

'We are currently selling the final freehold berths at Hope Island Marina, which have proven extremely popular with boaties looking for fantastic value, with up to 30 per cent off the original list price, starting from just $8290 per lineal metre,' he said.

'However, some people like to try before they buy, so we are offering this deal as an opportunity for people to acquaint themselves with Hope Island Marina, and then if they enjoy the experience they may consider extending their leasehold or purchasing.

'We have a number of long term tenants and owners who absolutely love it here.

'Hope Island Marina boasts deep water access with no bridges to the broadwater, ocean and a network of canals, making it quick and easy to reach some of the Gold Coast’s best fishing and boating hotspots.

'The Marina is also one of the few in the region with on site facilities including a supermarket, restaurants, shops, cafes and a nearby world-class golf course, so it really is a top lifestyle destination.'

Mr Buck said there were just a handful of berth types available.

'We only have a limited number of 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 metre berths, so those who want to take advantage of this offer should act quickly to select their desired location and berth type.'

Hope Island Marina is conveniently located close to the Broadwater, ocean and Moreton Bay Island, and is just 7 minutes from the motorway and less than one hour from Gold Coast and Brisbane Airports.
