This week we meet Energy Team's bowman Christophe André; he takes us through his rigorous training regime. In just one week Christophe, Energy Team, and the rest of the America's Cup competitors will be racing in the 3rd of the inaugural America's Cup World Series events in San Diego. In San Diego we take a behind the scenes tour of the USS Midway. The Midway showcased cutting edge technology during its many years of service, soon the high tech AC45s will battle it out in front of the 972 foot vessel's bow on San Diego Bay. Then back in San Francisco we go inside Pier 80 to get an exclusive glimpse at the work of the ORACLE Racing design team. Follow by a trip up in the air with one of ACTV's helicopter cameramen.
