Australians at the Flying Fifteen World Championship

Flying Fifteen World Championship will be sailed at Hayling Island, UK from 15th to 18th July 2011.

A strong Australian Team of 21 Flying Fifteens will be contesting the World Championship at Hayling Island in the UK from 15 to 28 July.


The Australian team includes current World Champions and eight times Australian Champions Grant Alderson and Dean McAullay, current Australian Champions Matt Owen and Andrew Reed, past Australian Champions Bill Shand, David Tucker and Ron Packer with their crews’, David Parish, Matt Summers and Peter Mudford.

The Australian team will face strong competition to retain the World Title against a total entry list of 132 yachts from 10 countries including several past World Champions.
