Hong Kong Maritime Museum Family Day 2010

Summer holidays are valuable leisure time. And leisure doesn’t mean doing nothing. It means using your time off well. For example have fun and learn at the same time. So while you’re completing your plans for your kids’ summer activities, why not pencil in HKMM’s Family Day. Good fun. Interesting things to do. Lots to learn. And doing all that together as a family. Perfect.

We offer a free guided tour of our museum to show you the maritime stories of China and Hong Kong, Kids can learn from our games:
· learn knotting and build yourself a souvenir.
· museum themed jigsaws
· Who’s who – learn about seafarer’s jobs
· Create your own bookmark with signal flags

All participants will receive a mystery gift if they collect all the stamps for completing all games. And don’t miss the chance to win the big prizes from family competitions – Fishing Game and Little Designers. There is a family gift…oh, and the big treat is a preview of the museum’s new home at Central Pier 8!
