Online entry is now open for the 2010 edition of Kieler Woche, the annual German festival of sailing and sixth and penultimate stop of the 2009-2010 ISAF Sailing World Cup.

One of the world’s largest sailing events is again expecting about 5,000 sailors to race in Kiel. To be part of the regatta sailors can now enter on the official event homepage www.kieler-woche.com. Together with the computer company b+m Informatik AG the Kieler Yacht-Club developed a regatta management programme which allows both the online entry and a simple and comfortable online payment of the entry fee in only a few steps. For those who still want to look into the Notice of Race can do so online as well.

From 19-27 June 2010 national and international top sailors will be competing for the desired Kieler Woche trophies in Kiel. Starting with the Olympic classes from 19-23 June which this year will again be fighting for points in the ISAF Sailing World Cup, the Kieler Woche then continues with the international classes from 24-27 June.

Kieler Woche races are supported by the premium partners AUDI AG, HSH Nordbank and Messe Düsseldorf with boot Düsseldorf and the sponsors Addix Internet Services, b+m Informatik, B+S Card Service, Canon, DSB Deutsche Schlauchboot, Dimension-Polyant, Fürst Bismarck Quelle, Helly Hansen, Hugo Hamann mit Konica Minolta, imetas, International Farbenwerke, KielNET, Liros, Nexus, Nord Event, North Sails, SVG Service Verlag and Segler-Zeitung, ThyssenKrupp, Tutima (Official Timekeeper), Wortmann AG.
