TetraMedia adds gun designer, Virginia Veal

by Jeni Bone on 11 Aug 2009 With nearly two decades of design and creative experience, in mainstream media, Virginia Veal has joined the team at TetraMedia, coming onboard as Senior Designer in charge of advertising and all graphics and she certainly know which is the pointy end of a boat.

Virginia has been working as creative director for Bladerider, an internationally renowned sailing boat manufacturer located in Cheltenham Victoria, where she undertook all aspects of marketing, advertising, corporate identity, website design and maintenance, film production, photography, world-wide press releases, sales, clothing design, merchandising, sourcing manufacturers, product styling and design, logistics, client liaison.

'I am looking forward to working with the Tetra Marine Group publications. Because of my involvement in (husband) Rohan's sailing - he is dual world champion in the International Moth class - I am interested in everything to do with sailing and the marine industry.'

Rohan Veal is considered the 'guru' of the Foiling Moth, the most high-tech, fastest dinghy afloat.

'I love doing anything to do with creative web applications, graphics on the whole and Flash animation in particular,' adds Virginia.
