Ahead of next Tuesday's Contempt Hearing set down for the New York Supreme Court, Societe Nautique de Geneve have cross filed, seeking the Customs House Registry of the Challenger 'USA' .
Three documents have been lodged with the Court, seeking to be heard conjointly with the Hearing already called to discuss issues relating to the Rules for the event, and an alleged secret agreement reached between SNG and the Intrenational Sailing Federation.
SNG has not yet responded, through the Courts, to these allegations.
In earlier papers, Golden Gate Yacht Club, the club of BMW Oracle Racing, referred to their 'soon to be completed design and construction of its competing vessel'.
SNG is requiring BMW Oracle Racing to be given two weeks to provide the Customs House Register of 'USA'.
