Erik Simonson of h2oshots.com provided these images from the 65nm 2009 Delta Ditch Run organised by the Stockton Sailing Club and Richmond Yacht Club in San Francisco.

The annual race is a 68 land mile Mile upriver/downhill jaunt from Richmond ( SF BAY) to Stockton (heart of the Central Valley). This year it attracted 126 entries. Results can be seen by http://www.stocktonsc.org/ditch/Ditch2009Overall.htm!clicking_here
