by Chris Way on 22 Jul 2008
First Priority Crosbie Lorimer http://www.crosbielorimer.com
The RPAYC Winter Series finished on Sat 19 July with 49 boats competing in two divisions over eight Saturdays on Pittwater. Conditions varied from fresh to drifting with consistency being of prime importance in the overall placings.

Division 1 overall point score was won in a close finish between First Priority (Chris Lancaster) and Dark& Stormy Witch (Staples/King), followed by Cloud Nine (Ron Hayden) and the first of the Sydney 38’s Easy Tiger (Chris Way). Six Sydney 38’s competed in the overall series.

Division 2 overall point score was won handily by If (Martin & Anna Cross) followed by Hansky (Jeff Rice), Weenaburra (Stephen Wilson) and Outlandish (Chris Heraghty).

The fleet heads north this weekend in the Southport race and on to Hamilton Island and warmer weather.
