Wireless electronics experts Tacktick have launched a new online web-tool to enable boat owners to quickly and easily configure the optimal electronics package for their boat.
This simple to use tool will spec boats of all types, sail or power, cruising or racing, large or small with either a new-boat electronics package, retro fit instruments or add on elements for existing systems.
Simple to use, just log on to www.tacktick.com and click on the icon to configure your boat. You will be presented with both a basic electronics package and an enhanced electronics package for your particular boat type. The results are displayed in clear graphical diagrams detailing where to fit displays, transducers and additional elements as required. You can then either purchase the system of your choice online, customise your choices or have the results emailed back to you for further consideration.
The new web-tool not only gives images of the products to be fitted but also gives details on the information that the instruments will provide as well as the benefits of fitting a wireless, solar powered Tacktick system. Owners can choose between the basic or enhanced system options.
