Fundraising Dinner Ticket Holders

This year NZIODA aims to provide all ticket holders with a schedule of Auction Items well before the Auction Evening, so as to give you the ability to plan for this aspect of the evening. Please refer to the follwing schedules. (The schedules are preliminary and may be changed slightly on Gala night)

As in previous years there will be two auctions during the evening. The ‘silent auction’ will run throughout the evening closing approx 10.30pm. Additionally Barry Thom, Unlimited Potential MREINZ, will conduct the ‘Live Auction’ and is MC for the evening.

Items in the ‘Silent Auction’ section are grouped for ease of review and will be displayed in their groups at The Royal New Zealand Yacht Squadron.

All accommodation packages are subject to availability.

All auction items are available for bidding at the Fundraising Dinner the highest overall bid on the night will secure the ‘Goods’. All items must be paid for on the night by either cash, cheque, EFTPOS or credit card.

The organisers reserve the right to allocate items from the live auction to silent auction items and vice versa prior to the commencement of the Gala Event.

We are looking forward to the Gala night and appreciate your support for the 10 sailors selected to represent New Zealand at The World Championships in Sardinia and the North American Championships in Mexico in July and August 2007.
