French pair lead Tornado Europeans

Billy Besson and Arnaud Jarlegan of France lead the Tornado European Championship taking place in Palma, Mallorca.

After eight races completed the French pair have a two point lead from Pashalidis Iordanis and Trigonis Konstantinos of Greece. Third are Revil Xavier and Espagnon Christophe of France.

Best placed Brits are Leigh McMillan and Will Howden in fifth place. They are 12 point off the leaders but only three points from the Bronze medal position. Rob Wilson and Mark Bulkeley are next best placed, down in 13th in the 47 boat fleet.

In the combined Tornado fleet event (58 entries) Darren Bundock and and Glenn Ashby (AUS) lead ahead of Pashalidis Iordanis and Trigonis Konstantinos (GRE) with the French pair Besson and Jarlegan in third.
