Our three helms include Rob Aislabie, Pauline Eitjies and Eddie Moree, each sailing with three crew, two of which are sighted help.

Aislabie has sailed as blind crew for 20 years and enjoys both racing and cruising. He sails in his local Club events in open (sighted) company. Sailing with Aislabie will be Dave Allerton with Wayne Holdt and Simon Holdt as sighted help.

Eitjies is the 2005 and 2006 NZ National Blind Sailing Champion, and has Dick Lancaster (World Blind Sailing Champion, Mainsheet) in her crew. Gary Smith and Scott Burling make up the sighted help on the team.

Moree was 2004 NZ National Blind Sailing Champion and sails with Shannon Leslie as crew. Brian Trubovich and Tony Poolman are the sighted help for Moree.
