29er Australian championship 2005-06 29er AUS Nationals
The tactically strong New South Wales 29er Skiff sailing team continued to dominate the 2005-6 Australian championship. In a penultimate day that included three race wins, David O'Connor and Alain Sign virtually sealed the Championship.
Sixteen races are scheduled for the series, with a maximum of three discards. With twelve completed the NSW pair are in a very strong position, leading by 26 points from Joel Rose and Mat Hodge.
The second placed pair will have to defend their position from third placed James and Charles Dorron and a closely placed pack including Mat Vandervoort and Josh Cornford, Jalen Andreatta and Kenny Bradshaw, and Tristan Jaques and James Woods.
