Numarine 78 Flybridge and Hanse Yachts Phuket International Boat Show
Phuket International Boat Show – With the in-water display looking excellent and only a few spaces left, the Exhibition Hall has attracted attention of exhibitors far and wide with lots of new and re-confirmed bookings happening in the last few weeks, and many more still to come.

Across the water in Krabi is the province's latest marina development, Port Takola which will be showcasing their facilities and services at the Show. Designed in conjunction with world-renowned marina consultant Simon Arrol, former Managing Director of Camper and Nicholsons Marinas, Port Takola will offer a complete range of services and is scheduled to open in mid 2016.

Also returning in the Hall are Yacht Solutions Engineering showcasing Volvo Marine engines and Parker Store accessories as well as Boatshed with their brokerage and chandlery products.

Introducing to the market their cleaning products for the marine and auto industries, including OrBilge (bilge cleaner), OrPine (boat soap) and OrPine (wash and wax for boats, RV and motorhomes), are OrProducts who will be in the Hall, while SeaDoo return with their latest jetskis and equipment, and will be promoting their new Phuket showroom located on the Bypass Road.

Joining the collection of luxury properties on display is MontAzure who will be exhibiting at the Show for the first time. This beachfront mixed use development consists of luxury villas and condominiums, and an upcoming hotel, and recently announced the Twinpalms Residences at MontAzure to much excitement in the market.

South East Asia Yacht Sales will have two yachts in-the-water together with a booth in the Hall representing their brands including Moody and Hanse. Joining them in-the-water is Asia Marine who will be presenting the stunning 78ft Numarine having recently been appointed dealers for Thailand.

Boardwalk and Party Action
The Boardwalk is the place to be and be seen during the Show, and while the restaurants and bars are getting ready for a fantastic four days of fun and entertainment there will also be a number of Boat Show parties around the marina.

There are two VIP brand parties taking place in the villas at Royal Phuket Mairna during the Show as well as a new-format invitation-only cocktail party on the opening night (Thursday seventh). Invitations will be going out to all exhibitors and business leaders and government officials in Phuket and Bangkok and upto 500 people are expected. The event is being supported by the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Luxury Society Asia and will take place in the iconic Town Square at Royal Phuket Marina.

Press Conference
The Vice Minister of Tourism and Sports, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chavanee Tongroach, graciously joined our Bangkok Press Conference recently and together with Mr. Nopparat Maythaveekulchai, President, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau, and Mr. Andrew Dowden, organiser of Phuket International Boat Show met over 50 media. Held at Metropolitan by COMO under the theme “Phuket: Business and Leisure Hub of Asia” topics covered included Thailand's marine leisure tourism industry, government plans for the sector, charter, AEC and the Phuket International Boat Show.

A lively Q&A and subsequent interviews from leading newspapers and TV has resulted in huge coverage across the media sectors in Thailand, and beyond. A big thank you to all the media who attended and also to exhibitors present.

Six weeks to go
Just six weeks away we're counting down to the 7th January when the 13th Phuket International Boat Show presented by Thailand Elite will open its doors to the world.

There are a few good position still available in the Hall and the water. Floor plans can be viewed here.
