Hilary Lister - How sailing can give you wings...

A lot of us go sailing because of the freedom we experience... Well... Hilary Lister is a sailor girl who says that being on the water 'gives her wings'.

A quadriplegic, Hilary has sailed the English Channel, circumnavigated the UK, and now is doing ocean crossings. One amazingly passionate sailor girl on her own adventure. Just imagine if more people could discover the 'freedom' of sailing?

A catch up with Stacey Jackson of Team SCA - Is this the end for the magenta?

This edition of the Volvo Ocean Race is done! Was fantastic to catch up with Stacey Jackson, of Team SCA; a fellow sailor girl, someone I have sailed with, and a friend after SCA's second in the In-Port race today, moving them to the podium for the series! What an adventure!
