The 2014 Mercury Marine Award winners for Australia and New Zealand have been announced during the 75th Anniversary tour of Mercury’s global headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin.

Perth’s Aquasports Marine was named Mercury’s Australian Dealer of the Year.

As part of its 75th Anniversary celebrations, Mercury ANZP (Australia, New Zealand, Pacific) has flown dealers from across our region to the U.S. for a special tour of Mercury Marine’s immense 23 hectare plant to see how the world’s best marine engines are built from start to finish.

'It was very fitting to have our awards night here at the true home of Mercury,' said Will Sangster, General Manager of Mercury ANZP, who led the delegation from Down Under.

'My sincere congratulations to the whole team at Aquasports Marine for taking out the title for the third time,' Will said.

'Maintaining this level of excellence over a long time says everything about the passion and professionalism Aquasports Marine offers its customers. The company motto – Pride is the Difference – shines out in everything they do.'
