Bell's Beer Bayview Mackinac Race - It's hard to believe that registration is less than a week away! Here's a step-by-step manual to make sure you are ready for registration. Please note that you must bring a printed copy of your Boarding Pass to registration or you will not be able to register!

When you go to the scratch sheet, you will notice a series of colored dots on the left side of the page.

If the dot next to your boat is green, you are complete and good to go. Log into the system and print your Boarding Pass. Make sure you bring it to the registration. This is required.

If the dot next to your boat is yellow, you have completed all the requirements and your entry is pending approval. This will happen shortly by the Race Committee.

If the dot next to your boat is red, you are missing information and your entry is incomplete. You can click on the red dot and it will take you to a list of requirements and let you know what is missing. You must complete that information before being able to register!

The vast majority of incomplete entries is due to missing Crew completion. To rectify this, log into your registration page, verify that each of the incomplete crew entries have the correct email address, and then send incomplete crew a reminder to complete their information. All that's required of the crew is to log in, complete their information, add an emergency contact, and sign their waiver. If your crew forgot their password, they can request on the log in page. Please note that this is only possible if you have correct email addresses for your crew.

Once all requirements are completed and the Race Committee has approved you to race, 'your dot' will turn green and you can print your Boarding Pass. At that point, your registration will go quickly and Event website
