Slovenian Sailing Federation announces 2014 ISAF Youth Worlds team

After a series of international sailing events that served as a basis for selection, the Slovenian Sailing Federation recognized three talented athletes for significant sailing achievements in the Laser Radial and 29er.

In addition, as a new class representative, Slovenia have added an athlete to compete in the Boy's Board event.

Altogether four sailors will represent Slovenia. They are:

Boy's one person dinghy - Laser Radial - Marko Radman
Open Skiff - 29er - Peter Lin Janezic and Anze Podlogar
Boy's Board - RS:X - Matjaz Puh

They are proud to be selected and will do their best to represent Slovenia and the sport of SAF Youth Worlds Website

Allocation of entries for the 29er Worlds in Kiel
All countries will be allocated a minimum of three entries The 29er Class has not restricted entries for the World or European Championships in the past but due to the expected popularity of the Worlds in 2026 in Kiel we feel it is necessary to do an Entry Allocation. This is very difficult to do fairly.
