It took four years for the Bic Techno 293 class to come back to the place where it was for the first part of the Youth Olympic Programme. The same venue, the National Sailing Centre, is now hosting the Asian championship 2014 which is for Techno 293 class a qualification event for Nanjing 2014. The registration and practise race were completed today.
