Forecast is for 15-18 knots, with stronger gusts. The day looks very similar to Wednesday, so the second race could be in jeopardy.

Cup Spy: "Burling Rule" unlikely to be changed
The Defender is unlikely to soften the Rules and allow open season on its sailing team.
