Riviera’s super sized new models make their New Zealand debut

Riviera’s new super sized 63 Enclosed Flybridge and 75 Enclosed Flybridge will make their New Zealand debut at the Auckland On Water Boat Show in September.

Riviera’s impressive line-up of new boats valued at AUD $11 million include several of the most popular models from Australia’s largest and most awarded luxury boat builder, from the Sport Yacht range the 5800 and 5000; and from the Flybridge range the 43 Open Flybridge, the 63 Enclosed Flybridge and the 75 Enclosed Flybridge.

Riviera’s director of brand and communications, Stephen Milne said Riviera was proud to have some of its newest and most popular models on display at the Auckland On Water Boat Show.

'We are excited about the New Zealand release of our new 63 Enclosed Flybridge following the announcement in February of this year of this new model,' Mr Milne said.

'We released the final drawings of our new 63 Enclosed Flybridge at the Miami Yacht and Brokerage Show, and since then have sold three new 63s, which is a great achievement for this new model.'

The stunning new shaft drive 63 Enclosed Flybridge has ticked all the right boxes for the discerning larger boat buyer with its huge cockpit, large mezzanine, aft galley, master stateroom with large hull port light window and luxuriously appointed ‘sky lounge’ enclosed flybridge featuring sumptuous leather lounges, full wet bar and optional electric sunroof.

The new 63 features a raft of engineering and design innovations with many popular design cues taken from the fleet’s prestigious flagship, the Riviera 75, which is the largest semi-production flybridge boat built in Australia.

The new 75 was built for a New Zealand owner who wanted to undertake extensive cruising and game fishing expeditions.

The 43 Open Flybridge is one of Riviera’s most popular flybridge models having sold 38 new boats since it was launched in May 2010.

Combining great function and style, the 43 Open Flybridge with Volvo Penta IPS has progressed flybridge boat design into a new generation of boating enjoyment. It features sleeping accommodation for up to six in two large staterooms, two bathrooms including an ensuite to the opulent master stateroom. Single level living brings the outdoors in for alfresco entertaining as the cockpit and saloon open to become one giant entertaining area.

The 5800 Sport Yacht is one of Riviera’s best sellers and now comes with the option of Volvo IPS or Cummins Zeus drives. The 5800 Sport Yacht features a four or three cabin, three bathroom layout (plus an optional crew cabin) including full beam master stateroom with midships king size double bed, the option of a galley aft in the saloon or separate from the saloon on the lower level, an expansive cockpit with large forward facing lounge dining table and a garage that can accommodate a 3.2-metre tender.

Continuing Riviera’s commitment to innovation, the 5000 Sport Yacht offers owners the option of two accommodation layouts to further personalise this vessel: a three cabin and two bathroom design or two cabins and two bathrooms plus a below-deck open lounge area. The large full-beam aft stateroom offers options of an athwartships double bed and single portside bed or three singles. This elegant vessel maintains and expands on the single-level lifestyle design of the Riviera Sport Yacht line, including an aft galley and stainless steel pillarless aft bulkhead door and fold-up awning window that opens the saloon right out into the cockpit.

There will also be a Belize Motoryacht display with details of the new 52 Sedan and Daybridge models.

To experience these amazing world-class boats, come and see them at the 2012 Auckland On Water Boat Show held at Viaduct Harbour, Auckland from September 27 to 30.

Riviera offers 15 different models from 36 to 75 feet across four model series Flybridge, Sport Yacht, Offshore Express and the new SUV collection.

Riviera also offers the bespoke Motor Yacht line, Belize Motoryachts. Inspired by classic luxury details and timeless style, Belize Motoryachts has just released the new 52 foot Sedan and Day Bridge models.
