LuxMarine relaunches marine classified website

LuxMarine has relaunched its marine classifieds website with an all-new design, improved user interface and strong search engine optimisation (SEO).

LuxMarine managing director Ross Meadows took control of the Gold Coast based site in 2011. Mr Meadows said the site had always held appeal but the infrastructure had become out-of-date.

'Shortly after beginning the initial revamp ourselves we engaged Roger Harwood [Harwood Consultants] to complete a full rebuild of the site,' Mr Meadows said.

'Roger and his design team have created a fresh look with a very user-friendly working platform that now makes it simple for anyone to list their boat for sale, whether private or commercial customer.'

Specifically aimed at the Australian new and used vessel market, the new look website allows users to narrow their search criteria with state, category and keyword search fields.

LuxMarine.com.au will accommodate any vessel for sale but will specifically appeal to the broad-base existing and future trailerboat owners along with inshore and offshore fishing and sports boats.

'We will be offering some of the best online advertising rates on the market,' Mr Meadows said.

'With very low-cost private listings and some great commercial and corporate rates, I don’t think it will be long before we see significant traffic come through the website.'

LuxMarine has built critical SEO components into the site to ensure listings are easy to find in online searches. With advanced search technology in the background and a user-friendly interface on the front, the website is designed to appeal to any online experience level.
