Backed by a strong business model, the most ambitious product roadmap in its history and a sustained investment capacity, the Group Fountaine Pajot is strengthening its governance as it approaches its 50th anniversary to support its next phase of development.

A long-term strategy moving forward with confidence

In a market environment characterized by the normalization of the boating industry, the Group reported €136.3 million in revenue for the first half of fiscal year 2025/26 while maintaining positive profitability, confirming the resilience of its business model. The Group continues to invest in the renewal of its product ranges, innovation, the energy transition and the development of its Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans, Fountaine Pajot Yachts and Dufour brands.

Strengthening governance to support the Group's next phase of development

The evolution of the Group's governance builds on the strategic direction implemented over recent years. It reflects the Board of Directors' commitment to strengthening the organization in order to support sustainable growth, prepare for future developments and rely on an increasingly agile, collaborative and internationally focused leadership structure.

A transition prepared with continuity in mind

After many years of leading the Group's development, Nicolas GARDIES, Chief Executive Officer, will progressively prepare the transition of his responsibilities ahead of his planned retirement in 2027. To ensure a smooth and well-prepared transition, the Board of Directors has entrusted Mathieu FOUNTAINE, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, with supporting this new phase in the Group's organization while continuing to implement its long-term development strategy

Stéven GUEDEU appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Fountaine Pajot Group

As Deputy Chief Executive Officer, he will oversee the Group's sales and marketing activities and support the execution of its long-term development strategy.

An evolving role for Romain MOTTEAU

After more than twenty years of playing a pivotal role in the transformation of the Fountaine Pajot Group, the development of its product portfolio and the international growth of its brands, Romain MOTTEAU is embarking on a new strategic project, the details of which will be unveiled in the coming months. As part of this transition, the Board of Directors has decided not to renew his appointment as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. At the same time, Romain Motteau will continue to play a strategic role in overseeing the Group's international activities.

A new momentum for Communications and Digital
