As Parker Boats enters its next chapter, we want to sincerely thank Scott Bauer for his leadership and service as President of Parker Boats.
Since joining Parker in 2020, Scott helped guide the company through a period of meaningful growth and innovation. With more than 26 years of marine industry experience, he brought a deep understanding of the boating business, strong dealer relationships, and a passion for both the Parker team and the customers we serve.
Under Scott's leadership, Parker invested in new products, operational improvements, and facility expansion while strengthening the Parker brand and remaining true to the heritage on which it was built.
More importantly, Scott helped nurture a culture rooted in authenticity and respect for the people behind the boats, from employees on the factory floor to dealers, partners, and Parker owners across the country.
