In a celebration of shared maritime values and international fellowship, Mr Bernard d'Alessandri, General Secretary of Yacht Club de Monaco, and Mr John Pagano, Group CEO of Red Sea Global, the developer of AMAALA, formally exchanged burgees during the Monaco Yacht Show.

The burgee exchange, a longstanding nautical tradition, symbolizes mutual respect and a lasting bond between yacht clubs around the world. It was conducted in the spirit of fostering deeper ties within the global yachting community.

Mr Adrian Peet, General Manager of AMAALA Yacht Club remarked:

"It is a privilege to present Mr. d'Alessandri with the burgee of AMAALA Yacht Club, and is a gesture of our deep respect for Yacht Club de Monaco. Mr Bernard d'Alessandri, General Secretary of Yacht Club de Monaco, added:

"It is a pleasure to continue this time honored tradition and I have been delighted to welcome AMAALA Yacht Club to join us at both Monaco Yacht Show and Monaco Classic Week, a unique biennial gathering that brings together traditional sailing yachts, period motorboats and vintage powerboats in a truly elegant, sporting, and festive atmosphere. By welcoming international delegations, we are reminded that yachting is a universal language that transcends borders and brings people and generations together."

This exchange marks a significant milestone of the meaningful collaboration between the two clubs.
