Northern Gold Coast's marine landscape has officially welcomed a new chapter, with the rebranding of Horizon Shores Marina to Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard, following a significant investment and revitalisation led by d'Albora, Australia's largest premium marina and hospitality network.

The new name was unveiled at an official launch event on Thursday 28 August, attended by tenants, d'Albora members, industry partners, and the local boating community. The celebration marked the successful completion of Stage One of the redevelopment, which included:

  • 54 brand-new marina berths (16m and 20m) for monohulls and catamarans
  • A refurbished amenities block with modernised facilities
  • Resurfaced car parks for improved access and flow
  • Extensive landscaping to refresh and elevate the waterfront precinct

"This rebrand signals a new era for the site," said Julien Pouteau, Managing Director of d'Albora. "With new infrastructure in place and strong community engagement, we're proud to reposition Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard as a functional, forward-thinking destination for boaters, tenants, and visitors alike."

Pacific Point Marina boasts over 550 wet berthing spaces and 334 dry storage spaces, 24/7 fuel, a full-service boatyard with 70T Travelift, dry storage, Anchorage Café, and a growing range of tenant-operated marine services.

With strong momentum from Stage One, Stage Two of the development is coming and will introduce:

  • Expanded commercial leasing opportunities to grow the marina service hub
  • Additional berths and dry storage capacity
  • New amenities block to improve convenience and visitor experience
  • A larger, upgraded café space for locals and boaters
  • Ongoing infrastructure and access improvements

The transformation of Pacific Point Marina is part of d'Albora's wider commitment to invest in premium marine precincts across the East Coast of Australia, supporting growth, innovation, and vibrant boating communities.
