Autumn Series 2025 at Medway Yacht Club - Preview

Finish the Season in Style! The Medway Yacht Club looks forward to hosting the 2025 Autumn Series, a five-race series.

Racing to be held on Sundays - 19th, 26th October, 2rd, 9th, 16th, November 2025.

All boats will be ranked using their YTC handicaps, divided into classes based on the entries received and prizes awarded accordingly. Prizes will also be awarded based on IRC handicaps where an IRC certificate has been submitted.

Free Moorings Available with Trot Boat Service Use of Medway Yacht Club, Parking, Catering, etc.

The final Race will finish with a prize giving lunch at MYC. Visiting boats very welcome!

61st Medway Marathon
Musto Skiffs are normally very competitive in this event but it was not their day On the morning of Sunday 3rd August, the weather conditions were perfect with a South Westerly breeze to welcome our visitors to Medway Yacht Club's 61st Medway Marathon. Wayfarer Eastern Area Championship at Medway

Medway YC Cruiser Spring Series race 5
Finishing the series with a cheerful prize-giving and BBQ The fifth and final race of the MYC Spring Series took place on a slightly chilly and overcast Sunday morning, with a light 6 - 8 knot north-easterly breeze and the very last of the ebb tide greeting racers gathering on the start line. Amongst the fleet there were various tack-for-tack battles going The start was from the Medway Yacht Club line and with a strong incoming tide, and a beating start against the tide meant competitors needed to make a choice on which side of the river to start. Posted on 15 May 2025
Medway YC Cruiser Spring Series race 3
Strong wind and a beat all the way to Essex Race 3 of the Medway YC Cruiser Class Spring Series saw 11 yachts come to the start at the yacht club start line. For the first time the fleet was divided into two classes. The wind was showing 15-20kts but in the start area it was a lot lighter. Posted on 7 May 2025
