ePropulsion Americas, the global leader in marine electric propulsion systems and services, announced today that along with its exclusive North American Distributor, Mack Boring & Parts Co. it has entered into a partnership with New York-based aluminum boatbuilder Marathon Boat Group — DuraNautic Boats and Grumman Canoes.

ePropulsion's diverse lineup offers electric propulsion options ranging from lightweight outboards perfect for larger aluminum vessels, to smaller portable systems offering ideal setups for use with canoes or kayaks. Through this new partnership, DuraNautic Boats and Grumman Canoes will have access to ePropulsion's full lineup to complement both boat brands.

"We're thrilled to partner with DuraNautic Boats and Grumman Canoes and bring electric power options to their legendary aluminum boat brands," said Tom Watson, President of ePropulsion Americas. "Electric systems offer the perfect environmentally-conscious option to pair with a day on the water in vessels of any size. We're confident that their customers will appreciate the versatility and dependability ePropulsion systems will bring to their boats."

"Partnering with ePropulsion to add their proven products to our storied product lines allow us to offer a clean, quiet and more fun way to enjoy the water," said Greg Kiernan, General Manager of Marathon Boats. "As battery power grows on the water, we're proud to offer eco-friendly options that make boating simpler and help customers go farther, stay out longer and explore more - without losing the rugged reliability our core outdoors and hunting customers count on us for."
