Acquera Yachting, part of ACQ Group, announces the launch of AcqueraPro AI, a pioneering artificial intelligence solution developed specifically for the yachting industry.

The tool introduces a new way for captains and crew to access trusted operational knowledge—instantly, intuitively, and directly via WhatsApp.

Born from Acquera Yachting's long-standing commitment to innovation and transparency, AcqueraPro AI leverages years of data, field expertise, and localized intelligence gathered through the company's established network across the Mediterranean and Caribbean.

This AI solution offers immediate access to a wide range of information traditionally delivered through agents—now made faster, more scalable, and available around the clock, without compromising quality or accuracy. Captains and crew can receive real-time answers about port procedures, marina specifications (including depths and berth availability), local regulations, customs and immigration requirements, recommended itineraries, service provider contacts, and curated dining or leisure experiences. The intelligence is continuously enriched by the experience of over 140 Acquera agents, AcqueraPro's internal systems, historical data from past yacht movements, and live operational updates from across the company's global network.

"This innovation reflects everything Acquera stands for," said Stefano Tositti, CEO and founder of ACQ Group. "Technology has always been part of the company's DNA, but we believe in innovation that strengthens human value. AcqueraPro AI is not about replacing agents—it's about freeing them to focus on high-value tasks and personalized relationships, while offering captains and crew faster access to essential information."

The AI is built on a constantly evolving database, drawing on the collective knowledge of more than 140 local Acquera agents, internal operational systems, and intelligent market data. Behind the scenes, it is powered by Acquera's integrated CRM, which allows agents to anticipate client needs and support them more effectively.

Accessible 24/7 in natural language, AcqueraPro AI allows captains and crew to ask a question and receive immediate, context-aware responses—ranging from port formalities to dining recommendations—without navigating systems or waiting on replies.

Fabrizio Ottoni Limena, CTO of ACQ Group and head of YachtMind, adds: "This is not just automation. It's years of refined knowledge and best practices made accessible through one intelligent access point, always aligned with the human core of our service."

The result is a tool that makes yachting support smarter and more intuitive without losing the value of human presence. Agents remain central to the service, now empowered by faster, more informed interactions.

Following an initial release to a select group of users, AcqueraPro AI has already received enthusiastic adoption, with a growing waiting list of captains and crew now requesting access and is preparing for broader deployment in the coming months.

With this release, Acquera Yachting becomes the first in the yachting servicing industry to deploy AI in this way, setting a new benchmark for how technology can elevate—not replace—human service.
