The Italian Sea Group celebrates a new success with the official launch of the "Perini Navi Katana," the 60-meter ketch that represents a new chapter in nautical excellence, after the integration of the retractable keel.

This feature allows the yacht to achieve a high level of versatility, maneuverability, and performance.

The retractable keel allows the "S/Y Katana" to adapt to different sailing conditions, including even when not under sail and shallow waters, improving stability and efficiency while offering yacht owners unparalleled freedom of movement.

The "Katana" perfectly embodies the harmony between innovation, tradition, and luxury: its aluminum hull ensures both strength and lightness, while the advanced sailing system and retractable keel further optimize its performance.

The interiors, designed by renowned French designer Remi Tessier, provide maximum comfort and elegance, featuring high-quality materials and modern solutions to create a unique onboard experience.

"With Katana, we are witnessing a masterpiece of engineering that not only reflects our commitment to innovation but also marks an important step in Perini Navi's growth," says Giovanni Costantino, Founder and CEO of The Italian Sea Group. "This yacht combines advanced engineering and sophisticated design, confirming Perini Navi's leadership in the high-end yachting sector".

With this launch, the "S/Y Katana" not only fortifies the brand's global position but also highlights the importance of its continuous evolution, pushing it ever further toward new horizons of luxury and innovation.

This achievement is part of the renewal strategy that began with The Italian Sea Group's acquisition of Perini Navi in 2022. This was followed by a relaunch project featuring a new Perini Navi fleet that blends timeless elegance with technological innovation.

Among the most significant successes in recent years is the iconic "Art Explorer," the sailing catamaran that won the 2025 Superyacht Design Awards, marking a new era in luxury yachting. Additionally, the recent launch of two Perini Navi motor yachts, soon to be delivered, continues to embody the brand's tradition of uncompromising luxury and quality.
