Penguin Refrigeration, Europe's leading supplier of specialist marine refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, debuts its latest product innovation - the Vitrifrigo C85 BD Nano - complimented by marine equipment from Frigoboat, Veco, Wallas, Kabola and Victron, at this year's Southampton International Boat Show from 13 - 21 September, on stand E037.

As the exclusive UK supplier of the world-leading luxury Italian refrigeration brand, Vitrifrigo, Penguin Refrigeration debuts the updated C85 BD Nano for the UK marine industry, featuring Secop's 'NextGen' Nano Compressor - the most advanced compressor technology on the market.

Vitrifrigo's C85 BD Nano, an 85-litre 12/24V under-counter fridge, has taken a huge leap forward in efficiency, making it the perfect choice for solar power integration and self-sufficient operation. Equipped with built-in low voltage cut out and high voltage protection, the C85 BD Nano ensures reliable performance and the highest efficiency in its class, ideal for offshore boating ventures.

As the world's most efficient, purpose-made mobile compressor, Secop's 'Next Gen' Nano Compressor delivers a 44% improvement in efficiency compared to current market options. Its compact design is 40% smaller and 67% lighter than competitors, saves valuable space and weight, crucial for mobile applications. Tailor-made for mobile cooling, the industry-first technology significantly extends operation time as well as offering full protection against electromagnetic interference, for improved acoustic comfort, reduced noise and vibration.

Chris Feibusch, Penguin Refrigeration Marketing Director, comments, "We are excited to exclusively debut Vitrifrigo's latest innovation, the C85 BD Nano, at this year's Southampton International Boat Show. By integrating Secop's 'NextGen' Nano Compressor, Vitrifrigo have developed a cooling product that exceeds the needs of modern boaters looking for an efficient, reliable and sustainable solution to keep groceries fresh and drinks cool out at sea."

Complementing Vitrifrigo's C85 BD Nano, Penguin Refrigeration will be exhibiting marine heating, cooking and power products from Wallas, Kabola and Victron.

Southampton International Boat Show will be the first time Penguin Refrigeration represents Wallas, Kabola and Victron, with its new partnership formally commencing with the official importer of the brands, Kuranda, at the show. From 1st September 2024, Penguin Refrigeration will represent Kuranda's marine heating, cooking and power brands in the South Coast of the UK, representing marine cooking and heating equipment manufacturer, Wallas, yacht and boat heating innovators, Kabola and marine electrical and solar power suppliers, Victron Energy, with a suite of products available for demonstration on-stand, at the show.

Back by popular demand, visitors can experience Penguin Refrigeration's walk-through demonstration trailer, featuring Vitrifrigo and Frigoboat's marine refrigeration and fridge kits, as well as Veco's air conditioning solutions in action, powered by solar panel energy.

Brett McLellan, Kuranda Director, comments, "Penguin Refrigeration's excellent reputation for the technical sales and support of their existing refrigeration and air conditioning products make them an ideal partner to help us expand our sales of Wallas and Kabola diesel heating and cooking solutions in the South of England."
