South China Sea outlook - July update

Indonesia: Noonsite has been advised of a new regulation for yachts visiting Indonesia.

Starting from July 1, 2024 a change of crew or adding crew members is not permitted. Crew lists from the entry port must be the same as at the exit port. More details soon.
