First edition of the Cyclades Cup in Antiparos

The Italian Sea Group participated with Perini Navi as Gold sponsor, in the first edition of the Cyclades Cup Antiparos, a regatta which took place from 14 to 16 June, organised by the Yacht Club of Greece in the crystal-clear waters of Antiparos Island.

The Cyclades Cup, an exclusive international event, was a unique opportunity for owners, guests, captains and crews to come together in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere to celebrate sailing at one of the world's most spectacular unexplored regattas.

The race regulations and ratings followed the criteria established by the Superyacht Racing Association (SYRA).

Among the 11 superyachts that took part in the competition in the waters surrounding the island, Perini Navi saw its flag represented at the races by 3 sailing yachts: Almira (50m), Burrasca (56m), Fivea (45m). Other Perini Navi yachts, including the Maltese Falcon, were also present at the regatta and sailed in the waters of Antiparos.

The Perini Navi sailing yachts stood out in the Apollo Class with Almyra II in second place followed by Fivea and Burrasca (in 5th and 6th place).

Perini Navi organised the Sunset Cocktail Party on the opening evening of June 13th, wishing "fair winds " to the yacht owners participating in the regatta, and offering a unique evening to their guests.
