On 9 and 10 March, Besenzoni opened its doors to 15 of the captains of this prestigious Italian association, which led to an interesting discussion about ways in which we could further improve the service levels we provide to shipowners.

On 9 and 10 March, the Italian company invited the Chairman, Captain Gino Battaglia and a group of skippers of superyachts over 40 metres long from the Italian Yacht Masters association to its headquarters. There they were able to visit the design and construction departments of the world-renowned Italian marine accessories company. The build quality and design technology behind Besenzoni's products was much appreciated by those who are the first to use them on their boats. In particular, the company offered participants the opportunity to test some of its technological innovations, such as the products in the BeElectric range, the customisable helm seats and the automatic stern doors in the Unica range, Unique Yacht Accessories.

The visit was therefore an important opportunity to have a face-to-face discussion and to allow an exchange of ideas and suggestions in order to improve the work of the professionals that work on the boats while at the same time ensuring the comfort of the owners and their guests.

Both sides agreed that it was important to provide a high-quality sailing experience, by improving safety standards, managing and maintaining sophisticated nautical accessories while providing an efficient service.

Besenzoni and the Italian Yacht masters are both firmly committed to taking advantage of our experience, professionalism and Italian quality. The Sarnico-based company produces and distributes a wide range of products, designs and patents on a small and large scale thanks to which it partners with the biggest brands in the nautical world. Its design and its ability to blend functionality and style, drawing on Italian expertise, set it apart, enabling it to create products that not only have a unique style but also enhance the owner's experience.

Italian Yacht Master is the prestigious club of Italian skippers that shares values such as respect, integrity, expertise, professionalism and whose aim is to promote the club by highlighting the pride and tradition of Italian sailing.

Giorgio Besenzoni, CEO, said: "It was a pleasant and very stimulating meeting that enabled us to have an interesting discussion about the market and the yachting world. Our Unica division can only benefit from a direct connection with those who use our products on a daily basis and follow their maintenance, with a very positive result in terms of continuous owner satisfaction."
