RAILBLAZA, manufacturer of premium quality, user-friendly electronics, fishing and boating mounting systems and accessories, announced the launch of their revolutionary HEXX Live Pole, an innovative new system to mount and direct live sonar transducers independent of a trolling motor.

Anglers worldwide are embracing incredible new live sonar technology to view more action below the water in real-time. Garmin LiveScope, Lowrance ActiveTarget and Humminbird MegaLive feeds, viewed on fish finders and MFD's, deliver precise imagery of underwater structure, schools of fish, target species and even fish reacting to bait and lures. Live sonar transducer manufacturers recommend fitment to trolling motors. However, the target of the transducer becomes dependent on trolling motor orientation - and the image is seldom pointing where anglers desire.

Kayak anglers are also excluded, not commonly using trolling motors. Listening to customers and responding to marine electronics trends, the new RAILBLAZA HEXX Live Pole attaches to the boat or kayak and is swung into the water, enabling a live transducer to be aimed at underwater targets while stationary or under way at up to five knots. After use, HEXX Live Pole is swung out of the water for storage or easily removed, folded and stowed. With a fluid 360-degree rotation to follow targets, the Live Pole also features a direction indicator to show transducer aim.

"Whether in fresh or salt water, fishing is among the most popular pastimes worldwide, transcending cultures and climates," said Andrew Moczygemba, President, RAILBLAZA USA. "As small boat fishing gains in popularity and anglers look for the challenge and thrill of kayak fishing, live sonar transducers mounted to a trolling motor are not a feasible tool they can take advantage of.

The new HEXX Live Pole is a lightweight, easy-to-install and easy-to-use solution bringing the power of live sonar to a much wider audience. In addition, anglers with bass or bay boats that want to get the power of live sonar views, while their trolling motor articulates to keep them locked into position, the HEXX Live Pole is an option delivering incredible versatility. We are confident this is going to be a game changer for anglers of all levels."

Embodying RAILBLAZA's "hold everything" mantra, with interlocking mounts and accessories, the HEXX Live Pole is intuitive, removable and highly functional. It offers tool-free operation, making it easy to attach and detach live sonar transducers from Garmin, Lowrance and Humminbird. The HEXX Live Pole can be secured under way swiftly stowing on the gunnel or detached completely in seconds to stow onboard. It has a compact footprint, folding for efficient storage and reduced shipping volume. Fully adjustable, it can be raised or lowered to the perfect height, can be adjusted inboard or outboard and can be locked to hold position. It is offered in two lengths: 61-inches, which perfectly places the soft grip handle near hip height for easy operation on powerboats; or 30-inches, ideal for kayaks, canoes and dinghies with low freeboard.

Clever cable management clips are included to streamline the installation and protect the transducer cable. One HEXX mounting base ships with each version allowing further heavy duty RAILBLAZA HEXX Rod Holders or large electronics mounts to be swapped out for enhanced versatility.

HEXX Live Pole is constructed of custom extruded anodized aluminum tubing held tight with tough, fiber-reinforced and high-impact polymer. All components are highly UV-resistant to not become brittle or discolor in the harsh marine environment.

The HEXX Live Pole 60- and 30-inch models are available from RAILBLAZA's network of dealers and retailers with an MSRP of $329.99 USD and $229.99 USD, respectively. For more information on RAILBLAZA, the HEXX Live Pole, or their full line of products, please visit www.railblaza.com.
